Prof. Dr. Kerim Aydın is a thoracic surgeon with 20 years of experience in lung cancer surgery using robotic and minimally invasive techniques.

After graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Kerim Aydın completed his residency in thoracic surgery and undertook fellowship training in thoracic oncologic surgery in the United States. He has international expertise in robotic lung resections and video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS), and is a member of the Turkish Association of Thoracic Surgery and the European Society of Thoracic Surgeons (ESTS). Over his career he has performed more than 3,000 thoracic procedures, achieving high success rates with minimally invasive approaches in early-stage lung cancer.
